  1. Good stuff, Lillian!

Conducting interviews w/ staff is such good advice! When you get to know your staff and help them feel included in the company’s mission, everyone wins!

  2. What great leadership ideas! Conducting informational interviews with each member will demonstrate that you care about their perspective and what they see themselves bringing to the team matrix. Using team members’ suggestions and giving them credit validates their contribution to the team’s success and giving them ownership fosters loyalty.
