  1. Thanks Stacey for this great show on core strength for golfers. I am a new golfer and sometimes you only think about lessons and your clubs / gear, but this is fantastic information to know. I don’t think we consider this important when improving our golf game, but I can see from this show how important it really is – probably the most important! I can’t wait to see the rest of the series!
