  1. Stacey, you are so right about muscle tension and joint stiffness! Excellent information about reversing muscle tension! I don’t realize how tense I am until I stand up, walk or sit. When I move positions I feel the stiffness. Agreed, it is important to move more, stretch more (body and mind) and relax more in reversing muscle tension! Thanks!
