This is so scary to think that sitting can be as bad as smoking, especially for those of us that sit in our jobs all day. It’s just amazing to think how something so simple can be so bad for us. Thanks for this wonderful series and for your tips on how to combat this! Looking forward to your next show and going back and reviewing parts 1, 2 and 3!
